The Explorers Grand Slam or Adventurers Grand Slam is an adventurer’s challenge to reach the North Pole, the South Pole and all of the Seven Summits. The North Pole is defined as the point in the Northern Hemisphere where the Earth’s axis of rotation meets its surface. The South Pole, situated in Antarctica, is the southernmost point on the surface of the Earth and lies on the opposite side of the Earth from the North Pole. The Seven Summits are defined as the highest mountain peaks of each of the seven continents. Click a marker on the map below to learn more about each of the Seven Summits.

Welcome!…

You are invited to join Gary Hill and his dedicated team on one of the world’s most enduring challenges – The Explorers Grand Slam – The Last Degree.

Gary is being trained by one of the world’s leading mountaineers, Kenton Cool, who’s reached the summit of Mount Everest numerous times.

The Explorers Grand Slam includes seven of the world’s most challenging summits – including Mount Everest – while ‘bagging’ both North and South Poles in a set timescale.

If you’re going to attempt such an incredible feat, why not attempt it in a world record time? To break the world record, Gary must achieve almost the impossible in a certain time, currently standing at around 139 days! Gary and the team believe this can be done.

Gary has set up a Crowdfunding page to help him achieve this incredible goal!

If you would like to contribute, (no matter how big or how small the amount), every penny counts and it will be very much appreciated.
